The flat back contrasts with the beautifully crafted front: the flat pleats running the full width of the blouse are held in place by a few lines of smocking and, thanks to this, they stay in place. The balloon sleeves, closed, like the back, with natural mother-of-pearl buttons and the flat collar hand-embroidered with blue flowers, complete the ensemble.
